ALARA QLD Limited in Somerset, TAS, seeks an experienced NDIS Client Services Leader to oversee rostering and delivery, driving high-quality services and regional coordination. Reporting to the CEO, you will mentor teams, ensure NDIA/NDS standards compliance, onboard participants, and build solid relationships with participants, families and referrers in the Tasmanian region.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in disability services, rostering experience, and a patient-centred leadership
