Are you ready to take the next step in your property career?
We are seeking to appoint a Property Manager to be based at our Geelong office, servicing our Ballarat client portfolio on a full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Commercial Property Manager or an aspiring Residential Property Manager looking to transition into commercial property management.
The role offers a hybrid working arrangement of two days based in Geelong and three days in Ballarat.
What you'll be doing:
Be the first point of contact for tenant enquiries and assist in resolving day-to-day issues.
Maintain lease administration, financial procedures, and reporting standards.
Manage rental collections, outgoings, and recoverable costs with a solid focus on arrears control.
Collaborate with Property Managers to prepare annual operating budgets.
Process invoices, raise work orders, and manage debtors efficiently.
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
3+ years' experience in a similar role within commercial, retail, industrial or residentialproperty.




Certificate of completion CPP***** Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
