We're seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to lead an afternoon production team in a busy steel manufacturing setting.
Afternoon Shift: 12:00pm – 8:00pm | Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support production staff on shift
Oversee flashing and folding operations
Monitor production targets and quality standards
Promote a strong safety culture
Train and mentor team members
Assist with troubleshooting and process improvements

About You
Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Leading Hand
Strong flashing and folding or relevant experience
