You will oversee safe transitions during shutdowns, startups, and changes, coordinating with maintenance, engineering and contractors to keep production on schedule. The ideal candidate has extensive fixed-plant processing/shutdown experience, solid planning skills, and is adept at problem solving and stakeholder communication.
