About Our TeamTikTok LIVE Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes. As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides robust and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.Candidates may apply to a maximum of two positions across Our Company and its affiliates globally. Please clearly state your availability in your resume, including your start and end :1.Participate in the planning and design of TikTok LIVE products, with a focus on interactive features, content ecosystem, and user experience optimization, aiming to enhance the live streaming experience for global users;2.Stay up to date with global content trends and user behavior differences,



and assist the team in analyzing user needs and supporting product strategy;3.Support the development and refinement of data monitoring systems, and take part in user research, A/B testing, and behavioral data analysis to inform product decisions;4.Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth product development and high-quality delivery
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:1. Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree or above in any major, with a strong interest in live streaming, content platforms, or internet products;2. Familiarity with mainstream content platforms;3. Strong logical thinking and product sensitivity, with a passion for observing user behavior and turning insights into product ideas;4. Solid communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset;5. Proficiency in English for working in a global environment.Preferred Qualifications:1. Experience as a content creator on social or video platforms is a plus;2. Prior experience in data analysis is preferred.
