Thrive House is hiring a House Manager to lead multiple homes in the Moreton Bay region. You will oversee a team of about 30 support staff, ensuring safe, person-centred care and robust team performance.
You will implement case management plans, promote trauma-informed practices, and support participants and young people to achieve positive outcomes, while complying with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
