Job Description
Brotherhood of St Laurence in Frankston, Australia is seeking a Training & Development Lead to design, deliver and continuously improve learning programs across Community Care. You will ensure staff capability and regulatory alignment while applying best practices in adult learning.
The role offers a salary of $93,******–$100,****** per year plus 12% superannuation (pro-rata for part-time).
Tertiary degree in Rehabilitation Counselling or Masters in Psychology
Up to 8+ days of additional leave
$1,000 Career development allowance
