We are representing a highly regarded, quality-focused business seeking an
Executive Associate to the CEO
.
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant position. It is a genuine opportunity for a commercially minded professional to work closely with the CEO, gain exposure to executive decision-making and client strategy, and develop a long-term career within the property sector.
You'll work alongside the CEO across complex residential, mixed-use and commercial matters, while progressively building the knowledge and confidence to take ownership of an established client portfolio.
The Opportunity
Work closely with the CEO across key client matters, strategic projects, stakeholder meetings and business initiatives.
Gain direct exposure to executive decision-making, client strategy and complex property operations.
Manage high-level correspondence, reporting, meeting preparation, follow-up and stakeholder communication.
Develop trusted relationships with clients, committees, professional advisers, contractors and senior stakeholders.
Apply your existing commercial judgement, communication and problem-solving skills in a new qualified environment.
Receive close mentoring and progressively take on greater responsibility within the business.
Transition into the management of an established, mature portfolio once you have developed the required industry knowledge.

Prior strata experience is
not essential
. We're particularly interested in professionals who have developed strong judgement, discretion and client-facing skills in environments such as:

Other high-quality professional-services backgrounds
Legal professionals may be particularly well suited given the role's emphasis on
