Job Description
Cogent Thinking is seeking a Care Coordinator to provide coordination and support services to our clients, ensuring excellence in customer delivery. The role focuses on telephonic appointment booking, administrative duties, and collaboration with healthcare providers.
You will handle case coordination, book medical appointments nationally, follow up with practices, and draft timely communications while using an elite health booking system and Cogent guidelines. Hybrid work is available.
