PepsiCo Australia and Recent Zealand is hiring a Maintenance Frontline Manager for the Day shift to lead a trades team across mechanical, electrical and automation systems in a fast-paced FMCG plant in Australia. You will drive reliability, coordinate external resources and work with production, engineering and quality teams to maximise plant availability.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will manage budgets, implement continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with EHS,
