You will work with the AN-ACC Manager and site teams to ensure accurate assessments, documentation and funding outcomes for residents across Sundale's services.
Based at the Nambour office, the role involves travel to Sundale sites, clinical reviews and education for care teams. You will contribute to continuous improvement and high-quality resident care.
