Job Description
Queensland Government is seeking an Advisor (Workforce) to proactively deliver guidance within the Complex Case and Industrial Relations team, covering policy interpretation, complaints management, complex case handling and HR project delivery.
The role requires HR/IR experience, a explicit communicator, ability to manage priorities and deadlines, and the capacity to engage with stakeholders across the organisation.
