Optus is seeking a Collections & Recoveries QA Manager to build and oversee the quality assurance framework across Collections and Recoveries at an enterprise level. You will ensure compliance with major regulatory standards and manage risk across internal teams and BPO partners.
You will develop monitoring programs, dashboards, and remediation plans, working with Legal, Compliance, Group Risk, Internal Audit, and Privacy teams.
