What you'll do
This is a genuine build role, not a delivery seat. You will lead senior client relationships and win work in the Queensland market, shape and grow a new sector pipeline with energy as the leading focus, deliver high-value advisory work across major project and program performance, procurement, integration, leadership, alignment and team effectiveness, bring structure, follow-through and momentum to a growing regional business, and coach and develop the emerging Queensland team while stepping up into regional leadership over time.

Coach and develop the emerging Queensland cohort, and step up into regional leadership over time
About you
Lived experience of the realities of delivering major projects and programs
Experience across procurement, transaction strategy and/or major project establishment is highly valued
An established Queensland network and a credible view of where work comes from
Demonstrated work winning at senior client level, from first conversation through to signed scope
Deep experience in energy, or in mining, heavy industry or road if your track record is exceptional
Experience building a team from scratch, or inheriting and turning around a difficult one
Commercial maturity and the confidence to be put in front of a significant client quickly
Strong personal organisation and ability to make the business around you more self-sufficient
The ability to challenge, and to be challenged
Enough lived experience in major infrastructure environments to bring real judgement to the room
Background from Tier 1 contractor, owner or developer, network business, major program, consulting, or public sector with commercial or delivery exposure
