Senior Research Records Officer
situated in
Keswick
. You will provide comprehensive research assistance that maintains DCP's compliance with information release requests. This includes handling complex enquiries, accurately processing and recording information, and offering general administration support. Your coordination, retrieving and filing of requests will warrant high interpersonal skills when liaising with clientele to effectively satisfy their needs.
In this role, you will:
Network and manage requests for information in compliance with relevant legislation
Handle incoming phone enquiries in a courteous manner to provide in-depth advice about information requests
Fulfill the interests and rights of clients within legislative and ethical frameworks
Oversee file management to uphold accurate reporting processes
Conduct research endeavours that compile and edits materials associated with information requests.
About you:
You possess exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to convey sound advice to stakeholders
You can meet designated timelines through your strong organisational capabilities
You adhere to established guidelines to minimise risk and accurately present information
You exhibit thorough problem-solving and investigative skills when providing effective solutions to clientele
You can operate independently and in a team environment when completing tasks.
