About the role..
In this varied role, you will:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Brisbane office, including office administration, facilities, supplies, consumables and general office services
Leading a team of 3, you will ensure both front and back-of-house operations run seamlessly while continually looking for opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies and the overall employee and client experience.
Manage office-related expenditure and assist with budgeting, reporting and operational planning
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and external service providers
Provide administrative and operational support to senior stakeholders when needed
About You..
We are looking for someone who takes pride in creating an exceptional workplace experience and enjoys being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
You will ideally bring:
Significant experience in an office administration or related role, with demonstrated experience in leading and developing a small team
Previous experience in professional services / hospitality / guest services preferred but not essential
Confidence to make decisions, take ownership and work autonomously
The ability to balance strategic thinking with strong attention to detail
A professional, dependable and discreet approach
A positive and adaptable attitude with a genuine willingness to help
