In this role you will be responsible for:
Leading a team of multi-skilled personnel in a safe andcost-effective manner
Day-to-day activities of workshop personnel
Technical support and guidance
Mentoring apprentices and leading by example for allstaff
Rebuilds and repairs on a wide range of heavymachinery
Diagnosis, maintenance and repair of large earthmoving andassociated equipment




Problem solve and manage conflicting priorities
What we are looking for:
Australian Manual Drivers Licence
Australian/NZ Recognised Trade Certificate
Previous experience in a leadership role in a manufacturingworkshop setting
Strong safety focus with a working knowledge of WorkSaferegulations
Ability to work autonomously
Tickets and licences EG: Forklift, Dogging, Rigging, WAH,Crane, etc
