What you'll do
Lead a crew of 2–4 and plan/allocate the work
Site records, audits and reporting
Liaise with council officers and superintendents
Mentor your crew through their tickets
What we need
Bush regen/natural area management experience including crew leadership
Driver's licence + White Card
ACDC or ChemCert
SEQ weed ID and confident client/council comms
Highly regarded: Cert III/IV Conservation & Land Management, SEQ Ecological Restoration Framework, chainsaw L1/L2, First Aid/CPR, 4WD + load restraint, excavator/skid steer, AABR, truck licence.
