Harris Farm Markets is seeking a Head of WHS and Injury Management to lead our safety transformation across 30+ stores, 3 warehouses and supply chain operations in NSW, ACT and QLD. You will report to the Group Head of Risk, Safety and Food Safety and build a high-performing safety team.
The role demands strategic leadership, deep knowledge of WHS legislation and injury management, and a proven ability to translate safety data into action that protects people and preserves EBITDA.
