MacKillop Family Services is seeking an experienced Strengthening Families Practitioner to support vulnerable children, young people and families in Melton and Brimbank. You will deliver intensive outreach casework in homes and community settings, using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach within a culturally protected framework.
The role focuses on improving child safety and family functioning, engaging parents, completing assessments, and coordinating with community supports.
