Job Description
Port Macquarie Panthers is seeking a motivated Commis Chef to develop culinary skills while supporting a busy dining operation. You will assist with preparation, cooking and presentation, working with an experienced kitchen team to deliver high standards.
Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in a busy kitchen, a Commercial Cookery qualification, and solid communication and teamwork. The role includes catering for functions and duties across the kitchen, with emphasis on food safety and FIFO.
