The Role
As aRegistered NurseatYackandandahHealth,you'llprovide overnight clinical care during weekday night shifts in our 83-bed residential aged care home. Reporting to the Care Manager,you'llmanage resident care needs, respond to changes in condition, administer medications, and support care staff to ensure safety and continuity of care.This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an innovative not-for-profit organisation that values quality care,teamworkand professional growth.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity, working 47.5 hours per fortnight across four nights: Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

What you will do
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring:
Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives
Development and evaluation of individualised resident care plans
Supervision and support for Personal Care Workers
Clinical care, including wound management, palliative care, and medication management
Liaison with medical and allied health care staff
Provision of safe, high-quality carein accordance withthe Aged Care Quality Standards
Positive resident experience through a resident-first approach
Who are you and what will you bring?
AHPRA Registration
Minimum 2years' experienceas a Registered Nurse
Experience in providing clinical care in the aged care sector
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Passion for delivering a person-centered approach to care
NDIS Check (or willing to obtain)
