The Technical and Engineering Network is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a full-time opportunity based in Perth, WA. This is an exciting chance to join a strong Tier 2 contractor with a solid reputation for winning consistent, high-quality work and delivering project success across Western Australia.
In this role, you will be based near the Domestic Airport- making it an ideal location for Perth-based residents and will lead a significant $20m build that will serve as a standout project on your skilled CV. You will work within a supportive and skilled construction team dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities and duties typically associated with this role include:
Overseeing day-to-day site operations to ensure construction projects are delivered safely, on time,



and to the highest quality standards.
Managing subcontractors, trades, and site personnel to maintain high productivity and adherence to project schedules.
Coordinating with project stakeholders, including management, clients, and consultants, to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution.
Ensuring strict compliance with all site health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
Monitoring site progress, managing resources efficiently, and addressing any operational challenges as they arise.
We are offering a very competitive salary package of $200,000 per year plus superannuation for the successful candidate.
