Monday to Friday with only 1 in 4 Saturdays
Thursday RDO when working a Saturday
Manage a clean portfolio of approximately 160 properties

The Role




An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established and supportive agency in Sydney's South West.
You will manage a clean portfolio of approximately 160 properties, with many long-term landlords who own multiple investments. You'll also have the support of a Property Officer who assists with applications, ingoing inspections and up to 50% of routine inspections.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of approximately 160 properties
Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Negotiating lease renewals
Conducting outgoing inspections
Coordinating maintenance and repairs
Sending notices to tenants
Issuing breach notices when required
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Meeting owners and tenants onsite when required
Delivering exceptional customer service
About You
To be considered, you will ideally have:
Previous experience managing your own property portfolio
Current Certificate of Registration
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisation and time-management abilities'],
