Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District (NBMLHD) invites a Clinical Nurse Consultant to join the Youth Mental Health Initiative, delivering advanced clinical assessments and care coordination for young people aged 12 to 24 with complex needs. You will partner with headspace and broader services to ensure timely access to care.
In this role you will lead nursing practice, provide expert consultation, coordinate pathways, and support clinicians to improve outcomes within a stepped care model
