Mater Hospital Brisbane is seeking a Clinical Nurse Team Leader to join the Planned Care - Adult Outpatient team on a permanent full time basis at the South Brisbane Campus. You will combine advanced clinical leadership with operational oversight to drive patient outcomes.
You will coordinate care, lead multidisciplinary planning, mentor staff and partner with the Nurse Unit Manager to shape innovative care models while delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centred outcomes across the unit.
