An established automotive dealership in the Sydney CBD is seeking an experienced Accountant - Team Leader to take on a key position within its accounting and administration function.
This is a full-time, onsite role suited to an experienced automotive accounting professional who enjoys remaining hands‐on while also providing direction and support to a team.
You will play an significant role in maintaining accurate financial processes, supporting the day‐to‐day accounting function and ensuring the team operates efficiently and consistently.
The successful candidate will bring strong accounting experience, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to provide practical leadership within a busy dealership environment.
Automotive dealership experience will be highly regarded.



Previous exposure to dealership management systems is particularly valuable.
This position would suit someone who understands the specialised nature of dealership accounting and can combine technical capability with a collaborative, organised and accountable approach.
The role is dealership‐based and is fully onsite, with no work‐from‐home arrangement.
