We operate three dealerships across metropolitan Brisbane in Fortitude Valley, Springwood and Indooroopilly Shopping Centre. We are seeking a hands-on Recent Car Sales Manager to lead one location.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, your responsibilities will include:
Leading, motivating and training the sales team
Assisting with double-opening and double-closing sales
Improving telephone, online and face-to-face sales processes
Monitoring enquiries, leads and daily follow-up activity




Helping sales consultants convert active prospects
Preparing monthly sales and performance reports
Working with the Dealer Principal to determine stock requirements
You will have access to modern CRM, lead-management and AI-powered tools designed to improve customer follow-up and sales performance.
About You
Previous automotive sales-management experience is preferred. However, we also welcome applications from high-performing automotive sales consultants who are ready to step into management.
You will need:
Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills
Confidence using CRM and lead-management systems
The ability to obtain a satisfactory police check
Professional references
