We are seeking a recent recruiter to join our team in a 360 role. We have a range of clients in various industries ranging from oil & gas to local government councils to construction and production.

What You'll Do:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions for Clients we have or you bring.
Develop relationships with new and Established Clients that suit
YOUR
skills.
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract talent.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Present and Future Clients, and hire for Client managers to understand the Client's staffing needs.




Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiations.
Utilise social media, job boards, and other platforms to advertise job openings.
Maintain accurate and organised candidate records in our CRM system, JobAdder.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
