Q Design + Construct is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our Western Australia construction team. You will provide day-to-day HR administration across our office and site workforce, reporting to the HR Manager.
You will manage employee records, support onboarding and offboarding, coordinate inductions, medicals and training, assist recruitment and performance processes, and ensure HR policies and compliance are up to date.
