Silver Chain Group is seeking a Care Worker to support our aged care clients in Ringwood and surrounding areas. You will perform home help tasks, personal care and medication support, while fostering independence and well-being in clients.
Roles offer guaranteed hours with award rate of AU$***** per hour, plus superannuation and paid kilometres, plus opportunities for training and CPR/First Aid courses.
