L3 Engineers
to lead complex technical implementations and provide advanced escalation support. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who can design, manage, and optimise enterprise IT environments while ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle advanced technical escalations from L1 & L2 teams
Design and implement server, cloud, and network infrastructure
Manage Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
Lead cybersecurity implementations and risk mitigation strategies
Oversee disaster recovery and backup solutions
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers
Ensure compliance and best-practice IT governance
Required Skills:
Advanced networking (firewalls, VLANs, VPNs)
Cybersecurity frameworks & compliance knowledge
Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills
