Uniting AgeWell is seeking a Digital Customer Support Officer to join our Service Desk team in Melbourne. This role covers 7-day support from 8:00am to 10:00pm, with shifts across weekdays, evenings and weekends.
You will build authentic relationships with staff and support issue resolution within an ICT setting. The role focuses on timely ticket handling and strong customer care, working across LAN/WAN administration to ensure secure IT operations.
