About the role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead the Rundle Mall location.

What you will do
Drive sales performance and deliver strong store results across key KPIs
Lead, coach,



and develop a passionate and engaged retail team
Create an exceptional customer experience that builds loyalty and repeat business
Manage daily store operations including rostering, stock control, and compliance
Deliver high visual merchandising standards that bring new product to life
Analyse store performance and identify opportunities to maximise results
Recruit, onboard, and develop future retail talent

What you will bring
Previous Assistant Store Manager experience within fashion retail
Proven success achieving sales targets and driving team performance
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate others
Passion for fashion, styling, and emerging trends
Commercial mindset with confidence managing KPIs and store operations
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
