Karista Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organised Client Service Specialist to support clients seeking disability services via the Karista platform. You will engage with clients by phone, LiveChat and other channels to understand needs, guide them through the process and connect them with the right providers.
This full time role requires five days per week at our Cremorne office, with two roster options available, and a strong focus on customer care and efficient operations.
