ALH Hotels in Australia is seeking a Data Scientist to lead workforce planning across our hospitality network. You will build predictive models linking demand to staffing and own analytics for advanced rostering tooling, enabling the +350 Publicans to staff the right team at the right time.
You will collaborate with the BEX transformation, translate complex findings into clear insights for venue and area managers, and help track perks post-implementation to sustain value.
