SSI Group is hiring a Refugee & Disability Community Advocate to support people with disability from refugee backgrounds to achieve meaningful employment within the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program. You will provide frontline, culturally secure support and collaborate with employment and post-placement teams to strengthen referral pathways and address barriers.
Your work will help grow caseloads and improve outcomes.
