Your Role
We are looking for a responsible, highly motivated
Luxury Client Advisor
with a genuine interest in our brand and a real passion for sport and wellness.
As an in-store Luxury Client Advisor, you will act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering an excellent experience to our customers in-store, as well as via phone and email. You will always put the customer first and deliver great customer service, striving to exceed customer expectations.
This position is based on-site at our Newstead Boutique, reporting to the Home Business Director, with day-to-day guidance from the Store Manager.
Your Impact
Deliver an outstanding, premium shopping experience through excellent product knowledge, strong brand storytelling, and selling skills that leave customers with a memorable impression
Handle omnichannel enquiries via phone, email and walk-ins, supporting sales enquiries across all customer types




Proactively attract new customers while building and maintaining relationships with existing clients
Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store targets
Host and participate in events and activations at the store
Ensure the store reflects brand guidelines, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and atmosphere
Collaborate with your Store Manager and the wider Technogym team to ensure a smooth, consistent customer journey
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have a robust sense of presence on the store floor and the ability to communicate confidently with customers. You have a passion for design, luxury goods, fashion, working out and a healthy lifestyle.
What you should bring:
Relevant experience as a Personal Trainer or Wellness Consultant in a premium environment, or as a Sales Client Advisor - ideally within luxury retail brands or the premium hospitality industry
Strong sales and networking skills - familiarity with Brisbane's premium fitness/retail scene or an existing local client network is a plus!
Experience in selling face to face and phone
A results-driven mindset, motivated by our attractive variable incentive plan that rewards you for exceeding your targets
