You'll manage claims end-to-end, assess medical and occupational evidence, interpret policy terms, develop claim strategies and make well-reasoned decisions.
Depending on your experience and the team, you'll have exposure across
TPD and/or Income Protection
, with the opportunity to broaden your capability rather than simply repeat what you're already doing.
What I'm looking for For these opportunities,
existing Life Insurance Claims experience is essential
.
You may currently be a Claims Assessor, Claims Consultant or Case Manager and be ready for a change of environment.
You'll ideally have:
Experience managing Life Insurance claims end-to-end
TPD and/or Income Protection experience
Strong medical and evidence assessment skills
Confidence developing claim strategies and making decisions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A genuine interest in continuing to develop within Life Insurance
