Strong relationship and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to resolve conflict and negotiate outcomes, and to represent the organisation's interests when negotiating with contractors and consultants.
A demonstrable knowledge of project management principles and processes, including the ability to set priorities, organise and delegate tasks and take responsibility for own performance.
An appreciation of the principle elements of asset management, conservation management plans and the requirements of heritage legislation and guidelines.
