Southern NSW Local Health District is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist in aged care to lead advanced nursing practice for residents with complex needs in Braidwood, NSW. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care and promote patient outcomes.
The role includes onsite infection prevention and control leadership, IPC education, and ongoing staff mentoring to support quality improvements and adherence to NSW Health standards.
