Responsibilities
Provide strategic, operational and educational leadership across a portfolio of OSHC services.
Support Service Leaders to deliver high‐quality programs for children.
Collaborate with schools, the broader Early Learning team, and the community to drive continuous improvement, service sustainability and positive outcomes.
Mentor emerging leaders and contribute to the growth of the OSHC portfolio.
Qualifications
A collaborative leadership style with the ability to coach, inspire and develop others.
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA‐approved equivalent).
Demonstrated leadership experience in education and care, ideally across multiple services or teams.
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, approved learning frameworks and relevant legislation.
Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
A current Working with Children Check and all required pre‐employment clearances.
Current National Child Safety Training and any applicable state‐based Child Safety Training (or ability to obtain prior to commencement).
