Explorers Early Learning is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to own the day-to-day facilities across our Melbourne network. You'll lead a small team, manage a rolling maintenance programme, ensure protected, compliant spaces, and act as the go‐to for all facilities matters.
You'll partner with Centre Directors and Operations Managers, drive improvements, handle budgets and procurement, and maintain a proactive approach to risk, safety, and quality across multiple sites.
