As a Catholic School, Thomas Carr College aims to educate our students with an appreciation of the spiritual as well as the intellectual and physical aspects of their lives. We aim to work with our parents to produce young people of faith and character. We are a Catholic Co-educational College in Tarneit, West of Melbourne with **** students.

The Role
Teachers at Thomas Carr College are key members of the College contributing to a culture of high expectations, professional collaboration and continuous improvement. The Teacher is accountable for the effective implementation of College policies and is committed to fostering an inclusive and agile learning environment where every student is empowered to achieve their full potential.



Central to the role is the responsibility to plan, collaborate and evaluate learning and teaching practices that promote academic growth, student engagement, wellbeing and the values of Catholic education.
We are now seeking new and experienced teachers across all subject areas from Years 7 to 12 to commence at the start of ****. This includes:
Religious Education
English
Science
Humanities
Digital Technologies including Systems Engineering
Health and Physical Education
Salary
In accordance with the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement **** (CEMEA), the salary range for all teaching staff is $79,589 – $118,063 as per the Schedule of Salary.
