About the Role
Oversee the delivery of trade projects, mainly bathroom and non structural renovation, ensuring they're on time and on budget
Lead, coach, and mentor a multi-trade team to achieve 5-star standards
Maintain first-time-right quality to reduce call backs and drive performance
Build strong customer relationships and deliver service excellence
Take ownership of budgets, compliance, and site supervision
Represent Ken Hall as the in office leader across a wide variety of works
About You
You're a licensed builder or supervisor, or a senior tradie (ideally with a carpentry background) ready to step up into supervision.
You bring:
Experience in residential maintenance, renovations, or home improvements
Strong understanding of building codes and standards
Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
A passion for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
