About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer focused professional to join our Perth team in Belmont and manage a portfolio of customers across Adelaide and Perth. You'll be responsible for growing sales across our extensive consumables portfolio while building trusted customer relationships, understanding each dental practice's unique needs, and delivering solutions that help their business thrive.
This role is about much more than making calls. You'll take ownership of an established customer portfolio, engaging regularly through phone and virtual conversations to strengthen partnerships, uncover opportunities, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

and translate customer insights into meaningful business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers through regular phone/virtual based engagement
Identify sales opportunities within your portfolio and generate new business growth
Become a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs, challenges, and goals
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives
Work collaboratively with Field Sales and Customer Care teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and customer opportunities
