About the Role
As a Workplace Insights & Transformation Advisor, you'll be the driving force behind how workforce and organisational data is leveraged to improve business performance. Working across People & Corporate Affairs, Health, Safety & Wellbeing, Sustainability, and Digital & Technology, you'll turn complex data into powerful insights, lead automation and AI-enabled improvements, and help shape strategic workforce decisions.
This is a highly autonomous, standalone role offering the prospect to make a genuine impact, with the freedom to identify opportunities, influence stakeholders and deliver innovative solutions. Success in this role requires a curious, commercially minded self-starter who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and driving meaningful change through data, technology and continuous improvement.
This role is a max term contract until November ****.
What you'll be doing
Develop and maintain insightful dashboards, reporting packs and visualisations across People, Health, Safety & Wellbeing, and Sustainability.
Drive data quality, governance and reporting standards to ensure accurate, trusted and audit-ready information.
Analyse workforce, capability, engagement and organisational data to uncover trends, risks and opportunities.
Translate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations that support strategic business decisions.
Identify and implement opportunities to automate reporting and administrative processes,



reducing manual effort and improving efficiency.
Partner with Digital & Technology teams to deliver automation, data and AI-enabled solutions.
Evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies and recommend practical use cases that enhance productivity and decision-making.
Support workforce planning initiatives by identifying capability gaps, talent risks and future workforce requirements.
Prepare executive-level reports, presentations and analysis to inform leaders on workforce, sustainability and organisational performance.
Monitor key business initiatives, track progress against strategic priorities and provide evidence-based recommendations for continuous improvement.

What we're looking for
3+ years experience in a workforce insights, reporting, business analytics, preferably in HR analytics, sustainability reporting or similar data-driven role.
Strong capability in Power BI and Advanced Excel, with experience designing dashboards, analysing trends and delivering actionable business insights.




Demonstrated experience improving processes through automation technologies such as Power Automate, SharePoint and other digital solutions to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations, building credibility and influencing leaders to make evidence-based decisions.
Proven ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities, coupled with experience delivering strategic recommendations that improve organisational performance and workforce outcomes.
