About the role:
Our client is seeking
Speech Pathologists
to join their growing multidisciplinary team on a
Full-Time or Part-Time basis
, with
Contractor opportunities also available
.
This is a
community-based NDIS role
offering the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload ranging from
infants through to seniors
. You'll provide high-quality speech pathology assessment, intervention and support tailored to each participant's individual goals and needs.
You'll be supported to gradually build your caseload through a structured ramp-up program, allowing you to establish yourself comfortably while maintaining a manageable workload.

Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
1–2+ years of Speech Pathology experience
preferred
Suitable for clinicians from
Junior through to Senior level
Current eligibility for membership with
Speech Pathology Australia
Experience or interest in working within the
NDIS/community setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A participant-centred approach with a genuine commitment to achieving meaningful outcomes
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Current Australian working rights
Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community-based work
