Parkville Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Service (PYMHWS) in Footscray is recruiting a Clinical Team Leader (Registered Psychiatric Nurse) for the Inpatient Unit. You will provide clinical and operational leadership, support the NUM, coordinate patient flow and bed access, and drive protected, recovery‐oriented care for young people aged 18 to 25.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team, oversee admissions and discharges, and promote trauma-informed practice within a least-restrictive framework.
