Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor




Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members
Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of client bookings
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
Ensure the reception area is clean, organised, and stocked with necessary supplies
Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service and support
Key Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
